Delivery Lead Time

Our standard lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks, including delivery and installation.

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.
You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been confirmed and scheduled for delivery.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly.

We’ll contact you closer to the delivery date to arrange your delivery. Thank you for choosing ENSO Living.

Delivery Time Slot

Our delivery time slot is between Monday to Friday, 2-5pm

Additional Charges

For delivery locations without lift access where stairway access is required, an additional labour charge of S$10 per storey, per delivery personnel will apply.

Deliveries to locations outside mainland Singapore, such as Jurong Island, will be subject to additional delivery charges.
